If you’ve been to Providenciales with us, you know our friend Patrick from Island Style. We visit him every time we’re in Turks… but this week Patrick is in the States and has officially taken over the kitchen at the Lake of the Ozarks.
This morning’s menu: authentic Jamaican stewed chicken with fried AND boiled dumplings.
Yes, chicken for breakfast. And after tasting it, I’m questioning why Americans have wasted all these years on cereal. 😂
Patrick even made a video while he was cooking, because apparently feeding us wasn’t enough — he needed proof of his culinary takeover.

The only problem is… how are we supposed to let him go back to Turks & Caicos now?! 😂
